Edge Medical Care

Very poor customer service especially the front desk. Very rude and is always giving an attitude. Medical records department is always not available whether you call in the morning, at noon or in the afternoon.

This place is packed I was schedule 3:15 and is past 4:00 pm and nothing still here waiting. They need to be organize with the scheduling. I would not recommend anybody to come here. Some patience are coughing with no mask and the recepciones dont provide masks.

I have been using Edge Family Medicine for over 2 years and I must say that Dr. Ego and his entire staff have never disappointed me. Their diagnosis have been accurate. Excellent customer service and never along period of wait time during all my appointments, in and out! I will highly recommend their services to all my friends and family. Thanks, James.

Horrible. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother has been going there for years and about 6 years ago she lost her health insurance coverage and in those 6 years never once did they draw labs on her because she didn’t have health insurance. The day I accompanied her to an appointment that’s when the NP did her first physical exam. And said they would draw labs. My mother said before she never even touched her. Just writes a prescription and sends her on the way. When I tried to speak to someone about the lab results and why certain labs weren’t drawn they tried to give me the run around and refused to let me speak to the provider. This office needs to be shut down in my opinion because what they are doing is a crime.

My visit to this office was very impressive. The staff was welcoming and the waiting time was minimal. Dr. Ego-Osuala was very knowledgeable and thorough with me during my appointment. He also took the time to answer my questions and I felt confident in his recommendations leaving the office. I will definitely go back if necessary.
