Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation

The physical therapist Vincent was fine. I would have gone back to see him. I only went there once for my initial consultation and he said they’d call me, it’s been a week and I had heard nothing. The two stars are just for Vincent. The rest of the place is not inspiring for me. And the front desk staff are strange. I wouldn’t call them rude but maybe negligent is the right word. They said strange things to me like ‘why did you come get your paperwork in person? That’s weird.’ Instead of welcoming me in. And there was confusion about my appointment time. I came to my appointment and had to wait 40 minutes and I was the only one in the waiting area, they never asked me if I’m ok or gave me an update on my appointment. We had a great experience with PT after knee surgery. Dr. Calvin was very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Dr. Vincent also provided treatments and was very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic, as well. The exercise equipment was kept clean and perfect for our needs. Chris, the rehab tech was so helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. Front office staff was very helpful and made it easy to set up appointments. If we need PT in the future, we will go back to Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation.

Just finished my therapy for a broken ankle. The therapists and staff are excellent, very professional and knowledgeable but warm and personable at the same time. My outstanding therapist Sukhada took me through a varied sets of exercises that changed as the ankle improved. She combined exercises with massage and dry needling to effectively help my recovery. I have gone there for 2 different problems. My husband and son have seen them for other issues and we have only had excellent experiences.

It was a 8-9 month ordeal 2-3 times a week for a wrist radial fracture which I had to have surgery to install plates and screws for life due to a roller skating injury. I can’t begin to tell you how accommodating and empathetic this faculty was. First and foremost my drive wasn’t a short drive but it was all worth the travels. From the receptionist Maggie, Conrad, the Office Mgr. Mrs. Cynthia to the therapist Chris & Marcus and the PT/OT Bianca and Vincent. I could not have mended back to a functioning state without their dedication and passion for what they stand for and do. Great physical therapists but the schedulers and front desk people are often surly and unable to figure out scheduling mistakes. Don't appreciate getting up at the butt crack of dawn in the cold for an appointment that they cancelled by phone while I was driving for work. No text, no email, Asked in 3 intervening visits what that call was for, no clue, no way to look up, shrug.
