I attempted to make my son an appointment, but they told me they needed his records first which I understood but they didn’t answer my question when I asked about health insurance several times in the front desk lady was very rude. Said she needed my records just to check to see if the insurance was accepted, which I found very odd. She assumed we had Medicaid which we did it and proceeded to get more of an attitude. I was looking for a new place for my son to be seen and I thought this would be the place, but I was sadly mistaken.

I enjoy bringing my children here. Nurses and health techs are friendly and welcoming to my shy little ones and the providers are always caring and attentive. Dr Perez's explanations are thorough, which helps when I have concerns. Sometimes it can be tricky getting through on the phones, especially first thing in the AM and last thing in the PM, but I have never had a problem making or rescheduling an appointment when I needed to.

Poor front desk staff. The call center is terrible. You can’t get through to the front desk and they aren’t able to answer questions. They are always having “problems” or “issues” as they put it. Dr. Perez is great, but the management of the office is terrible. In response to the practice: Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. However, the challenges I’ve experienced with your call center have been ongoing for the past 2–3 years. front staff always have an attitude, Requested my vaccine record to be emailed they said they can’t email it and I have to come in to get it …. when i try to make appointments it’s a long wait time.

Oh, mines! Dr. Perez is an amazing doctor. I always love to meet with him. I love how he plays with the kids and make them feel very comfortable. I didn’t change my children’s hospital all because of my amazing experiences with Dr. Perez. Thank you Dr.Perez for doing what you know how to do best!
