THIS PLACE IS REALLY 0 STARS. I was enrolled in the October 2025 CNA program, and unfortunately my classmates and I had a very disappointing experience that needs serious attention. The program advertises that students can receive their CNA certification within 19 days, but I started on October 3rd and as of December 30 last year had still not received my CNA license or any clear timeline. When I reached out for updates, responses were often vague or I was given little to no information. There was also a major lack of communication regarding clinical requirements. We were never informed that we would have to wait for every student in the session before starting nursing home clinicals, which caused significant delays and prevented many of us from moving forward with employment opportunities

Herma Marks, if you’re going to call yourself an instructor, start acting like one. Stop pushing your responsibilities onto your sister. Davis is not an instructor, not trained, and has absolutely no business teaching or running the class. She is not your maid, and students should not have to tolerate this unprofessional setup. On top of that, the facility is disgusting. There is no excuse for a bathroom to be that filthy. Students should never have to use a restroom that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It is clear that this place is being used as a quick money grab instead of a real educational environment. Do better or stop taking people’s money.

This instructor, Herma Marks, seems more focused on collecting money than actually teaching. She comes across as rude, with a negative attitude, and talks to grown adults in a very disrespectful way. Do not waste your time or money here. She does not properly teach her students, and at the end of the course she even asks people to leave her good reviews. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews — I wish I had paid attention to all the negative ones before enrolling. There is also a lot of favoritism, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this place is not worth your money and your time. FIND ANOTHER CNA SCHOOL SHE IS MISERABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!

If I could give this place 0 star I would! DO NOT waste your money and time going to this place it’s a waste of time and money instructor is very disrespectful and give you a handful of test without teaching you! she’s always late to class! She’s NEVER ontime for class yet she expect you to be on time! A lot of people from my class left because of her dirty attitude towards people and when they ask for a refund she never refunded them! Don’t be like me that read all bad reviews and ignored it! Listen to all the bad reviews and find yourself a different CNA class! I’ll also be making a public review on my TikTok page with over 100k followers! This place needs to be shut down she’s just taking people money and wasting their time!

Save your money !!! I repeat save your money!!! This school is way too hard for a CNA school they give 100 question exams every two days and you need to have a 80% for all of them or you have to come back and make corrections over and over and the final is 200 and you have to pass 120 questions. If you don’t pass it you don’t get your certificate and have to keep making changes till you reach a high score . This school is too hard for a CNA school I would not recommend .
