East Bay Veterinary Clinic

This is the second time I’ve had a great experience at East Bay Vet Clinic! I think it’s easy to get compassion fatigue when you’re working in this industry and I just appreciate the love the staff offers to my pup. They rightfully understand that he is baby (he’s 9) and also the cutest dog in the world. I like my professionals to be on the same page as me about these things. Absolutely recommend them. They did a great job with his shots and also clipped his nails! Really enjoy them.

We were visiting the area from out of state when our pup had an emergency. This office kindly found a spot for us quickly. The doctor was efficient, kind and explained things thoroughly. He gave us an estimate of the cost before any procedures. Great experience.

Awful experience and very disorganized. I wouldn’t bring my pet here for important procedures if they can’t even get scheduling or an ear infection diagnosis right. First time patient. They texted me the wrong appointment time and when I got there they told me my appointment was canceled. I was baffled because I confirmed the appointment that morning. They said they made a mistake and were understaffed, so they couldn’t see me. I had to reschedule and come back a week later. The only reason why I agreed to even come back was because they offered a discount for new patient exam fee for the both of my dogs. I came back today to get their ears checked for an infection. They said it would take 30-45mins but called me to pick them up 1 hour and 6mins later. Then they said their microscope BRO

Dr. Ossiff takes the best care of my dog. Him and his staff are always so thorough, careful and thoughtful. I have been coming to East Bay vet for over 4 years and will keep coming.

Our 8 week old puppy had a great 1st experience at the vet. We came in with pages of questions and each staff member went over and beyond to answer our questions as 1st time puppy parents. Can't see myself taking our puppy anywhere else in the future!
