I have written a couple of 5-star reviews of this business over the past few years, and I wouldn't change any of them. The office staff is superb: friendly and efficient. Dr. Rajpal is exceptionally personable, honest, empathetic, and skilled. Whatever you are afraid of, if anything, he will accommodate, without rushing you out the door. This occasionally impacts waiting time, but for the very best of reasons! Extremely personalized attention is absolutely worth it. No hidden charges, no surprises.
This place is great for budget friendly dentistry. I really enjoy the effort they put into making sure I was comfortable. Massage chair in the waiting room, The Bluetooth sunglasses are a nice touch. It’s busy you will be waiting but honestly that’s not much different from any other MediCal dentist. Close to Bart and bus if that matters to you. Plus D.Ds discount just opened up so you can buy yourself a lil treat for being brave. Food for Less got the hookup on the meat box (sometimes) look what I’m saying is this place is good, get you a Starbucks and some clean teeth
I have called consistently to obtain info to get my FSA approved and not have to repay $3000. They always say they will give me the information by end of the day and it’s been months. They have good dental care but clearly it’s a money game for them. I will be responsible out of pocket for my entire dental treatment if they don’t give me the proper paperwork I’ve been asking for months. Completely disorganized when it comes to logistics and how to run a busy. And they clearly don’t care because they already got paid.
I had my deep cleaning done by this dentist, and they did a truly excellent job. The professionalism, cleanliness, and comfortable atmosphere left me completely satisfied. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
I love how honest and transparent this dental office is. They never push unnecessary treatments and always explain the pros and cons. You can really trust this team brilliant and professional work
