Excellent Doctors~ always have a excellent experience. Except for 1 day I didn't care for the doctor but that was just 1 time. Recommend that place to anyone.

This is likely the absolute worst Clinic I've been to. They aren't trained enough to prescribe certain medications, even though a doctor who is a resident there told me they will. I have been out of medication for 2 weeks because this Clinic and the doctor I saw (resident) or two residents, told me she sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. I received 2 of my 5 medications. The other I was told by the pharmacy needs a prior authorization. My 2 they wouldn't fill 2 medications because the Resident isn't comfortable prescribing I found for the simple fact they don't have te experience. Duluth Family Medicine told my pharmacy in a fax to contact my Primary Care Physician, who WORKS at this Clinic. It's absolutely asinine. I'm still waiting to this day for my medication, but I'm not able to get on

I have been coming to this clinic for 4 years. The doctors are mostly okay. If you are in pain, don't come here They will simply smile and tell you to wish it away. If you expect to be seen at your appointment time, don't come here. You will be waiting 45 minutes to and hour passed your scheduled time before the doctor has time to see you. Reception is great, after that it's all downhill.

First I want to say I actually love this clinic and Terra, the community Health worker. Without her, I would be so lost when it comes to navigating healthcare as a disabled person. My 1 star is for three specific cis, white, male doctors at this clinic: Dr. Marcroft, who I think just needs training, and Dr. Allen and Dr. Metzger, who I think actually wish they were police officers and should probably be fired from the clinic so they can go and do that. I had a doctor I really loved who went to go work with elderly patients and I was suddenly left in 2024 without a primary First Dr. Allen: he told me that as an attractive woman with chronic pain, I’m less likely to be believed when I discuss my cerebral palsy and what seems to be an autoimmune. Worst place to go for any type of medical procedure. They discriminate against you, if you are a disabled individual.
