I really enjoy going here. Dr. Gino is genuinely a great Dr in my opinion. He tells you everything you need to get your teeth in optimal health and I personally really appreciate that. Most dentists just do your normal cleaning and only address something larger once it’s a problem, but Dr. Gino actually takes the time to explain things to you and you get a lot of time with him. For the root canal and some other things like a night guard I decided To go forward with, they gave me insurance estimates so I could see how much I would need to pay out of pocket. The staff are also wonderful and every single one has been so kind and I’ve never felt judged, only very welcomed. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Dr. Gino Dental Care. The staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Gino takes time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is very clean and organized, and the treatment was painless. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I went to Dulles Life Smiles a few years ago for a tooth pain. It ultimately led to needing a root canal where he determined that the tooth next to it also needed a root canal. I continued to have issues with the root canals after the appointments - pain and a jaw that had shifted from being open for too long during the procedure. I stopped going to this dentist and went to a different one that referred me to an endodontist. He determined that one of the root canals was still heavily infected and needed to be redone. I had the procedure and it was found that my tooth had a third root that Dulles Life Smiles did not find and he did not fully extract the infection which led to it needing antibiotics inside the tooth for a few weeks. Absolutely awful customer service. I provided my insurance information the same day I made the appointment, yet when I arrived, they made me wait over an hour just to “verify” the insurance. This should have been handled in advance, not at the time of my appointment. My time is valuable, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. I ended up leaving without being seen. Very disappointing experience.

I finally decided to find a dentist in Ashburn instead of driving 30 miles to see my last one & I am so happy to have found Dr. Gino's practice. My first appt, was a 1-hr consultation: they did bitewings and photos. That consult, determined the work and cleaning I needed. His staff is prompt, polite, attentive and professional. I felt I was in great hands the entire time during my visits. The service they provided was excellent. They did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way and took their time explaining things in detail. I will keep coming back twice a year. I recommend this dental practice to everyone in the Ashburn area!
