Ding Lei A Pro Med Corporation

Two years ago Dr. Ding Lei prescribed me a medicine called Tenofovir which has serious side effects for kidney and bone density. There is another medicine Vemlidy which has much less side effects . But she still prescribed me Tenovir . I didn't even know about this medicine Vemlidy until two years later. I have taken the wrong medicine Tenofovir for more than TWO YEARS ! What an irresponsible and unprofessional doctor! I will definitely sue her if there is any kidney or bone density disease that is verified to be related to being prescribed wrong medicine. Dr. Ding is the most impatient doctor I have ever seen. Every time she didn’t give me a chance to explain my feeling on my disease and always interrupted me to stop the interview earlier. I have to transfer to see other primary doctor

0 star - Stay away from Dr. Ding Lei unless you want to be taken advantage of! I originally went to Dr. Ding for help with a sleeping problem. Instead of exploring treatment options with me, she just simply prescribed an antidepressant. Now the old antidepressant prescription is causing issues with renewing my insurance, as they suspect I have depression, which is not the case. I had to fight to even get an appointment with Dr. Ding for her to clarify the situation with my insurance. And then she had the nerve to charge me a ridiculously high $150 fee for a simple clarification letter about a problem SHE caused in the first place with her sloppy prescribing! Dr. Ding does not have her patients' best interests in mind. She just wants to milk you dry with exorbitant hidden fees at every turn

I was travelling in the United States when I suddenly had to see a doctor. Dr. Ding’s office staff was very helpful after finding out that I had a travel insurance. They spent lots of time on the phone with my insurance from overseas to make sure I was covered for my medication and my visit. Once everything was ready, I saw Dr. Ding. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and because I was a new patient, she spent lots of time on listening to my medical history. She also made sure she had all my medical records from overseas before making a definitive diagnosis. After the visit, she made sure I knew where I could get my medication refills and scheduled a followup for me to see her again in 3 weeks to make sure the treatment was working.

Worse service！ I saw dr Lei on the TV shows periodically, thought she was a professional doctor. So I make the switch, but it was a bad choice. Worse service office, no follow up on patience, not even arrange annual check up for patience. I was waiting for over 2.5-3 hours in her office with appt every time. She only spent a short time with you and rushing out. Not professional with no caring for patience. I am done with this office! The pratician Sharon was fine.

My whole family chose Dr. Ding, we like her, especially my Mom, Dr. Ding was very understanding and listens to her concerns. She's also kind and friendly. Her team was great, they respond our request quick and very helpful! Thanks Dr. Ding and her team!
