Designer Dental

I’m a current patient at this office and have been trying to reach someone for quite some time. I’ve called multiple times and left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I paid for a dental appliance that’s being held at the office, and I’ve been unable to arrange a time to pick it up because no one is responding or returning my calls. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and hope someone from the office will reach out to resolve this.

Don’t bother. They are the worst. I had an appointment in November they called and canceled and rescheduled the morning of. Then they gave me an appointment end of January 2025 , That’s today they just called to cancel one hour before my appointment because the doctor didn’t come in. They gave me another appointment for end of March, 2 months out. I can’t get my teeth cleaned. My son took the day off work earlier last year. He walked in the door of his day of appointment for a teeth cleaning, and they told him that they were unable to do it and they said they had left him a message. My son said they never left a message on his phone. Frustrated, do not go to this dental practice you’ll be sorry. My favorite hygienist, she left the practice earlier in 2024. It’s been downhill ever since.

Don't waste your time going to this dentist. He has now broken 4 appointments in a row. It's been a year since I've been able to get in there and no matter what day of the week I make the appointment for he clearly cancels it. This is ridiculous If he doesn't want to come to work, then close the practice and leave people alone. He's very unprofessional in this area

I went to the Designer Dental office in Lake Placid, Florida. I only switched from my amazing dentist Dr. Schroeder because of an insurance change. Upon arriving, the sweet girl at the desk was very kind. This review is only in regards to the Dr. Not only did I have to wait for my appointment to start, the Dr didn't even greet me when he sat down. I had to be the personable one. He was rude and condescending towards me the entire time. In conversation he proceeded to tell me hygienists make too much money, he told me "he didn't want to hear it" when I told him I was a teacher (most people thank me) apparently because his parents are teachers and complained to him about the system all the time, he gave me dental advice that contradicted a diagnosis that EVERY dentist I've ever been to has g

Absolutely, do not go here. All I wanted was a cleaning.... And I was canceled three times because the doctor wasn't coming in. This place is a joke.
