This dental office is the worst I’ve ever been to. They’re completely disorganized. On the day of my dental emergency, they called me at 8:15 am and asked if I could come in immediately. My original appointment was for 9:30 am, so I rushed over. I sat in the waiting room until almost 9:30. Finally, when I was called back, they started working on my tooth. I don’t know who the dentist was, but it was a woman. She would suddenly raise and lower the chair without warning me. She would say things like, “Oh, I don’t want to pierce her gum,” or “It’s leaking.” I’ve never had a dentist like her, and she would jump out of her seat. Just called to make an appointment as I just permanently moved to Lake Placid. Told the person that I needed a tooth pulled, they placed me on hold and came back to tell me they don't accept any insurance. I'm not sure how that works but I've never heard of a dentist that doesnt take insurance. Didn't give a lower star because I haven't gone there for service but I guess I will be driving to Broward to have work done. I was recommended this place and it looks like they only take cash patients?

I read many reviews before going here and what a relief that all of the 5 star comments are really true! It's obvious from when you first set foot in the office that they take great pride in their business and patients. The entire place was spotless, all of the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Veronee after a traumatic fall 2 months ago. Going to the dentist for me is usually traumatic in itself but I was immediately put at ease. The doctor couldn't have been more thorough in his exam and went out of his way to explain everything in detail. He also gave me a few options to consider and made sure I wasn't left with any questions to the visit or future treatments. While my treatment is not over, I feel a lot of relief from my visit knowing that I'm in good hands. I rarely
