The care of the nurses.and CNAs are outstanding the OTand Pt therapists are the best. I'll give the food an.80%. Some- times it hard to identify dry. The veggies are awful, however the servers are gracious and friendly. I would recommend this facility to those requiring Wauchula to everyone I'm in contact with in this area. Congratulations on a well run physical therapy facility

This is one of the best hospitals in Sebring. The nursing staff is one of the best, caring, polite, very professional. The emergency room took me in right away. They took great care of me. I would highly recommend this hospital.

On Saturday November 1 my brother-in-law Louis Toscano was brought in to the ER at Advent Health hospital Lake Placid and later admitted. He died there in Tuesday November 4th. I wanted to take the time to say thanks to Mark and Leslie, his nurses, for their professionalism, thoughtfulness and kindness. The hospital staff brought us drinks and snacks (twice). One thoughtful employee (sorry I didn’t get her name) brought us cots to the waiting area when she realized we all were spending the nights by my relatives side. This nice lace even checked back and asked how my brother in law was doing. I was so impressed with the kindness, professionalism and compassion of the staff at Advent Health Lake Placid! Bravo for a job well done! Thank you for making this terrible time easier for us. God bl

Mama had to be admitted overnight. Care was above and beyond. One nurse Lana stood out. She is amazing. When I told her mom has dementia she handled mom with such care and compassion. But everyone was great and caring.

For elderly, cognitively impaired, or medically fragile patients, close monitoring should not be assumed. “Staffing shortages” have repeatedly been cited for failures in care coordination and in meeting basic needs, including access to food and fresh water. There have been extended gaps in monitoring, and basic care has required repeated intervention. We are still advocating for appropriate treatment. Choose carefully.
