Dental Dreams

Staff at front desk could not be better as far as welcoming. Wait time in office very good. However when it comes to getting prior authorization for dentures that should of taken 2 weeks. It took 2 and .5 months. I called office and MassHealth continuously. If you need dentures I suggest going elsewhere. Not only that I've been back at least 3 times for adjustments to said dentures! I do want to recognize one woman who went above and beyond to help correct my uncomfortable bottom dentures that had caused sores to my mouth. As well as made it bleed. Her name is Jessica. Jessica on at least two of those occasions spent over an hour using a handheld drama just fixing those dentures until I was content. The true test is when I would eat. Which is why I had to come back a second and third time

My first visit with Dental Dreams was awesome compared to my old dentist practice. They do things differently then a traditional dentistry practice. They have a dental assistant take x-rays and she was very good at her job and quite pleasant. My dentist, Dr Patel came in to examine my teeth while looking at my x-rays. Then she did the actual cleaning herself and was gentle , and not painful at all. At my old practice they used a dental hygienist to clean my teeth and it was always an unpleasant and somewhat painful experience. I had 3 small cavities and what I really liked is that they gave me a printout of what the total cost to have them filled would be, broken down by what my insurance provider was paying and what I was paying out of pocket. I am extremely pleased with the service and fair price . Also awesome communication and very good. Also very good i dint feel pain. She is awesome giving the anesthesia . Her hand skills are amazing. So If u don’t like shots , go to dental dreams. No pain.

The front staff were really nice and really welcoming, but the doctor was horrible. She was very unprofessional, and only had five minutes of cleaning that I never even asked for. I came in for a filling that I specifically scheduled for, but they told me that they have no time so I had to schedule another appointment. They had many walk-ins coming in and taking up the time that I specifically booked for. Definitely will be finding a nicer dentist near me. I spent over two hours there to only have five minutes of actual work done.

I broke my tooth last night. Called dental dreams at 9am for a same day appointment. I was seen by DrEmma within 30 mins. She has rescued me 2x in the last 6months. She’s eased my anxiety and handled my dental issues with ease and a gentle hand. I could not imagine seeing another dentist! She’s also referred to some of the best surgeon and endodontist in the area! I have referred friends and family members to her! This is my first and only dentist, I am excited to see! I know I’m going to be ok when I leave her office each and every time!
