CVS

The staff at CVS pharmacy has always been so helpful to me. When I call in and have to leave a voicemail they call me back immediately. They always have my medicine ready when I get there. Nice friendly staff. I really appreciate Kristy for her kindness. She is always so happy.

Desperately needed a rescue inhaler. Google says they’re open till nine. The sign on their building says they close at eight. Pulled in at 7:45 and they have the doors locked. Four employee cars in the parking lot. Thanks, Someone who desperately needed help.

I have been a customer here for 5 years or more. I have always been ultra pleased. I have never seen a rude, tired or non-working staff member in over five years. There was a brief period when I went to other pharmacies, but that was because nowhere had reliable supplies of medications. I wonder if the poor reviews are from people who don't see others' humanity. If I see a Senior or disabled staff member, I don't bark at them, roll my eyes or stomp around. It is a tough job & staffing is TIGHT.

Originally I previously worked and filled prescriptions at a different location. My insurance recently changed and I moved. I called this store to transfer my prescriptions, and update my insurance over the phone, well apparently they don’t do that over the phone. Okay thats fine. Went through the drive thru today to update my insurance and pick up, and guess what. They don’t take insurance through the drive thru either! Asked to please make an exception since I had my twin babies in the car. And refused to take my phone with my insurance pulled up. And insisted I had to come inside. Good thing I have connections with other people that work for cvs in different locations that helped me out. Overall horrible experience!

Hands down the worst pharmacy in town. The women in the pharmacy was downright rude and awful. They weren’t helpful in the slightest and refused to fill my prescription over a minor error with my insurance card. Instead of trying to figure it out or contact my insurance, they just refused to give me the medication that I critically needed. Called and talked to Shrivers, Walmart, and Walgreens in town. They each told me that it wouldn’t be an issue to fill it for me, and that CVS should’ve had no issue with helping me. CVS clearly just didnt care about my health or its customers in general. Do not go to this CVS!
