CVS Pharmacy

CVS is a great store. Get my scripts on time and I'm notified when they are available. Love to use the coupons.

1st I left a message on the phone to the pharmacy, they responded to my call while I was inside the store. My prescription was ready in good time even though there was a sizable line. They transferred one prescription which my doctor sent to a different CVS helping me receive all my medications in one location. I am very pleased.

I've been using the Westford, MA location of CVS ever since we moved up here and have been happy with the this location and will continue to go there when I need my meds and some other items as needed. They are friendly and I go there a lot and also get all of my vaccinations over there.

If I could give a 0 review, I would. Disgusting place and Pharmacy. I went in to get my Rx for a very painful ear infection. I got there at 1:29pm. Just when it was my turn to get my Rx, the lady tells me, sorry we cannot serve you, we are on lunch now. There was nobody behind me, it would have taken them 2 seconds to fill it. She insisted that she could not see me, forcing me to wait in so much pain. I am a healthcare professional as well, and we go above and beyond for our patients. This CVS is a shame. Will never fill my Rx there ever

This place is really not that great. If you want a frustrating experience CVS is the way to go. Prices are gouged for simple things and necessities. Signage, sales and advertising is misleading at best. not to mention you have to sign up for their system in order to take advantage of any discounts; this is pretty backwards and old fashioned in 2018. I need to give you all my personal information just to get $2 off a toothbrush.
