Pitiful! I’ve had two orders of a life-saving drug completely screwed up. I have called numerous times and been told the shipping address has been changed. And the issue has never been resolved. If you’re going to deal with life-saving meds you need to be on top of your game? It’s not like we’re ordering Q-tips. Get your shit together.

We followed up and no one responded as of 2/4/2026. Rarely is there any ability to address the problem and getting life-sustaining medication to patients, myself included. Many of us rely on daily/weekly medications in order to live without being hospitalized. Being treated as though your life is a trivial thing worthy only of a long pause before an inevitable dial tone has brought tears to my eyes before That said, I have experienced the bizarre phenomenon noted by another poster of the pharmacy turning off the phones an hour before they close and I agree with this review that "feedback rating a 5 should not be counted in reviews."

They don't care what medication your doctor prescribes. They could care less about the patient and only worry about the bottom line. Zero compassion or help. They also don't listen. I generally have to call them 3-5 times to get anything done. It's exhausting. I'd rather deal with the illness than with the insurance company. Guess that's what they want.

Pharmacy Department was so nice to me. I'm from out of state and left my medicine at home. They gave me 4 pills to hold me over until I go home. Very nice people!

Feedback rating a 5 should not be counted in reviews . They just put thank you for your feedback . No interest in fixing the problem with getting chemo drugs for a pt 2 times .
