The girl with long brown curly hair is cringe, slow and has no customer service qualities. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and now contemplating switching because of her. She's sucks
They are a lasy team. My prescription for diabetes never was refilled. Have to go to store to request in person. After I did the request 3 days before. This is the Rohnert Park Pharmacy.
The only good thing left in this store.
The Commerce Blvd CVS is my go-to pharmacy. The staff is always professional, polite, and helpful. It's nice to be treated like a person, not just a number. As a frequent flyer, I appreciate the friendly and caring manner with which I am treated.
I was prescribed pain medication after a dental surgery to this pharmacy, was told to expect it an hour after surgery. This pharmacy never messaged me about delays, never informed me about anything. Kept me on hold on the phone for an hour then hung up on me. Had to drive down in pain 6 hours after my surgery to find out that they were days behind on their prescription fulfillments and that mine wouldn't be ready for several hours. Truly the worst possible experience with any pharmacy, immediately changing my default pharmacy. -5 stars.
