CVS Pharmacy

Seriously. I get serving the community but when there’s a line of people I don’t think it’s necessary to have a conversation with one person while ignoring the many standing behind. Waiting 5 minutes for old friends to catch up while another four people are behind is just ignorant and extremely inconsiderate for those that actually have things they have to attend to such as loving up kids or going to other appointments. If you call and let me know my medication is ready I SHOULD not have to wait and HOUR to receive my medication.

We just had the best and most helpful experience here. We had an extremely patient, friendly and empathetic lady helping us getting passport photos done. And we also had a very efficient, thorough and successful interaction at the pharmacy. Thank you!

There new automated system answers says give your number, we'll my number was changed so the number on file I can't change not even in the app. So I. Call the front desk where the manager says oh you have the follow the the automated system I can't transfer you due to corporate changing our phone systems so you want me to not get a hold of you because I'm on blood thinner to survive plus with a several fractures in my back all I have left is to walk can't do that so what to do now.

Great pharmacy staff/team always helpful and on top of customer service / keeping the line moving. Useful information and assistance if any problems occur in a prescription order or refill.
