CVS Pharmacy

Rude white lady works there. I sent my husband to pick up up my prescription her name is Cristina (she said she’s from a different location ) Hands him the medication didn’t even ask if it’s the correct one or not. Turns out it was the wrong one. And I tell him to return what he paid for cause I’ve been having an allergic reaction to that medication that’s why I stopped taking it. she said no cause you left the store. I’ve been on FaceTime with my husband the entire time and she yelled at me over the phone !!! I can’t not right now !! If she hates her job or that she’s covering at a location she shouldn’t be there at all !

Janet is a knowledgeable and caring pharmacist. She goes the extra step to help you when there are problems. SHE'S THE BEST!!

You wouldn’t expect a CVS inside of a Target to give you the feel of a smaller hometown pharmacy but this one does. I would say they have the amazing Pharmacist Janet and all of the other team members including Jenni to thank for that. They are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take time to answer questions or make an extra phone call on your behalf. I have been filling my scripts here for years and hope I’m never too far to continue to use the CVS pharmacy here.

Nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. Janet and the staff over at the ocean CVS are the definition of going above and beyond for their customers, from their warm welcome and being very knowledgeable and willing to help you understand what you are taking. They are willing to help you out with options whether you have insurance or not which is awesome and their patience is outstanding. Wouldn’t go to another CVS, love this staff and all they do!

As I just mention before which I am repeating . CVS staff are so welcoming with their warm and friendly greeting as you come in and leave. They take time with you when I have questions never rush you. You can always count on them having your meds ready or the when they are ready. My only regret is I wish they were close by. But I am adjusting.
