I’ve been going to Dr. Kat @ Inner Dynamics for almost two months. Each week I can feel that I am making progress and that’s so encouraging. Kat is very knowledgeable and thorough in her PT sessions. She explains the exercises I need to do at home as well as discussing lifestyle tips to help me strength my pelvic floor. I look forward to our sessions and am confident with her guidance I’ll reach my goals!

The IDPT team focuses on listening and understanding the frustrations and goals of each individual patient. In a one on one environment, I truly felt heard. I was able to return to my athletic lifestyle when they realized my shoulder pain was actually referred back/hip pain. They are supportive, think outside of the box, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my rehab.

I started seeing Alison even before Inner Dynamics was born. I came to her when no physician was able to help me. She helped me multiple times with my abdominal and pelvic issues. I always know when it's time to go back to Inner Dynamics for their gentle 'hands on' care and guidance with proper stretches to do at home.
