Carbon Health Urgent Care Ocean

I come here for all of my ‘quick’ visits. Every time it has been a pleasure. More recently needed to go in to consult about if my daughter needed stitches. The doctors Nina and Matt were extremely patient with her when she found out she needed them, and were extremely professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable through her first experience with stitches. I would absolutely recommend this place before another urgent care!

I had an excellent experience at Carbon Health today. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk, the nurse assistant was thorough and attentive while taking my vitals and asking questions, and the doctor was extremely professional, understanding, and thoughtful in explaining my options. I truly felt listened to and cared for, and the plan they provided helped me feel confident about getting better. The facility itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. I highly recommend Carbon Health for anyone looking for high-quality, care.

I usually have a great experience here, but on Christmas Eve my newborn woke up with a fever and I brought her in right at 8am when they opened. We got checked in, but there was already a long line and we waited about 90 minutes to get called in. Once we did get called in, the nurse asked “is she three months or three years?” He then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take patients under 6 months and that they couldn’t help us. That part is fine, I understand that that’s their policy, but to leave me sitting there on Christmas Eve with a newborn with a fever for 90 minutes was totally unforgivable to me. All front desk staff should be aware of the policies that would prevent a patient from receiving care.

Front desk staff was amazing! opened the door on time, started accommodating clients and was very informative and friendly. The PA was thorough and able to quickly address my concern. The facility was clean and comfortable. Overall experience deserve 10 ⭐️s.

I just want to take a moment to thank Dr. Nina Chacko. I brought all three of my kids in yesterday because they weren’t feeling well, and she took such wonderful care of each of them. She was attentive, listened carefully, and was truly kind and compassionate with my children. As a parent, that means everything. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Chacko.
