Wow. This office staff and Doctor Britton are a breath of fresh air!! Took my son for initial consultation today and impressed doesn’t even cover it. So thourough, so kind, welcoming, professional. I could go on. Looking forward to this whole process. Actually looking forward to going back! My son- who has anxiety about anything dental is looking forward to it too. What an amazing team! Also- the office is beautiful and immaculately clean!

As someone who has never been completely comfortable at the dentist/orthodontist and has had bad experiences in the past, I cannot recommend Britton Orthodontics enough. At 25 years old, I was referred for braces to prevent oral surgery in the future, as my bite was badly misaligned and only getting worse. Fortunately, after speaking with Dr. Britton, he laid out a clear timeline and plan to get my bite and smile where they needed to be, while still accommodating my wish to use Invisalign - even though braces would have been much more efficient. He was transparent, accommodating, and understanding throughout four years of realignment. I can’t believe how great my smile looks and how good my bite feels, just in time for my wedding. I just finished my Invisalign with Dr. Bitton. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Bitton he is so patient and kind. He answers all of your questions, he puts you at ease. I cannot say enough about his staff. They are efficient and kind. This office is the best.

I just finished my invisalign treatment with Dr. Britton. He is amazing and his staff is so friendly. I think he is the best orthodontist in Monmouth County and would recommend him to anyone I met. He is a class act ❤️.
