We had a great experience! First child, first time visit to the Dentist, staff was wonderful and amazing! So understanding, so sweet and so nice, couldn't ask for a better welcome! Dr. Dan was an absolute delight! The Hygentist was very detail oriented. Like I said, it was only our first visit, but everyone so was so nice, warm and welcoming, I have no reason not to return and continue our daughters dental treatment here! Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome and return!

i was surprised i had to fill out forms when i did them online. This was difficult with autistic child. The exam room was not for a new child. Very stark for a first time dentist visit of an autistic 4yr old. Dentist came in and made no effort to speak to me or child to make child feel comfortable. Assistant had turned on a video and before phoenix could get comfortable the dr came in and turned off the video opened his mouth and started poking his teeth. Than he put in the tool to hold his little mouth open and . Than phoenix freaked out and had to be held down for the exam. It was horrible for his 1st experience at a dental office. Basically, i felt like the dentist was very impersonal and didn’t try to calm the child before or after the traumatic experience. For an office that claims

We absolutely love this dental office! The service is always fast and efficient — no long waits, which is a huge plus when you have kids. The doctor has such a great way of talking to children, making them feel comfortable and calm throughout the visit. You can tell they really care about creating a positive experience. The assistants are all so friendly, patient, and helpful — they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this place for any family looking for a caring and professional dental team!

Amazing experience!! From the 1st phone call to the care in the dentist chair!! They were able to give me a next day appointment and there was no wait in the office. I truly am thankful to have found this dentist office for my daughter! I came from Ocean County and would take the drive because it is definitely worth it and these reviews are 100% true!!

My daughter has been going to Tender Smiles since she was born. We were sad to see Dr. Badalaty go but Dr. Dan is just as amazing! My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist and trusts Dr. Dan and his staff. She had some troubling history because of bottle rot and a bad fall so she has had a significant amount of work done and everything always went smooth and came out perfect. She is now older and has a beautiful smile and her teeth are in great health! We never have a problem getting appointments and there is never a wait when we arrive.
