CVS Pharmacy

Came in at 9am 4/3 to refill my prescription at this pharmacy like I have every month for over a year. I was first told the prescription wasnt there. After challenging the pharmacist she found it. She then said it was not able to be refilled for another 4 days. I knew this was wrong, challenged her and was sent home. When I got home I confirmed she had her dates wrong and it was ready to be refilled. I then came back, received no appology, and am now being told 60+ min wait for refill. I need this script for work. I have never been treated so poorly, experienced such terrible customer support, or experienced such lack of attention to detail / overall effort at a pharmacy in 32 years. Hope they can turn things around... I will be driving an extra 5 miles down the road from now on.

CVS main and MAYBANK John’s island SC is the best of the best pharmacy’s in the Charleston area . The pharmacists , and every one of the staff members never fail to greet you smile ask how you are and basically care about the customer . If there’s anything they need they help making sure the patient has the correct medications . There is nothing easy about their job they are dealing with physicals offices their staff insurance companies and we know how that goes yet they make go above and beyond to help the patient . The group we have in cvs John’s island is the best of the best!

I have been going to the CVS for a long time now almost 2 years and all I can say is that I’ve never met more rude and malevolent employees at the pharmacy. They need to re-staff and put people that are actually nice to their customers and not rude. I have seen them treat the elderly rudely they never say hello. They never smile. CVS you need to do better with your employees! If they are not happy where they work maybe they need to find somewhere else to work!

I was at the doctor's office until 5:15 PM having oral surgery. They called in two medications for me to the CVS at 3575 Maybank Hwy, Johns Island. When I left the doctor's office, I went to my CVS and BOTH medications were ready and waiting for me. They are AWESOME and so nice. With the addition of the new Pharmacist, I never have to wait for meds. Thank you.

My prescription was supposed to have 30 day supply of 30 pills, but when I got home there were only 25 pills in my bottle. I called in twice to discuss this issue with the pharmacy team. The first time, someone just told me to \"Hold\" and then disconnected my call. It was resolved on the second call and confirmed that they did short my Rx by 5 pills and would be reprocessed for pick up. I am definitely going to look for another pharmacy or just go to all mail order at this point.
