Johns Island Pharmacy and Compounding

This was my first trip to this shop but used sister store Plantation Pharm on James Island for many years. Same excellent, personal service as Sandy’s other shops. Order was ready SO fast. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Hospice called in the order and they commented on the great service too! I recommend this store, Plantation Pharmacy on Daniel Ellis and Wappoo Drive to anyone who appreciates excellent prices, quality, and service.

I will never go to another pharmacy again. The fine people who operate this place are friendly, kind, they remeber your name, and more. Ive only had one issue- my rx was approved for refill on a Sunday- which, Sundays they are closed

I've been using this pharmacy for at least two years now and can say without reservation that it is excellent . I was hesitant to switch from a national chain because I thought it wouldn't be as convenient ie. reminder texts, efficiency and communication with doctors and other pharmacies. It is a small independent business that takes great care in catering to their customers. The building is lovely inside and out with plenty of parking and the staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. On one particular visit my car wouldn't start and the pharmacist came outside to help me. The hours aren't as convenient as the big chains but I adapted easily. Give them a try. You'll be as satisfied as me.

I’m so happy I switched from a big chain pharmacy to Johns Island Pharmacy! It’s always a quick in and out to pick up prescriptions. The prices are the same as a chain. The staff is so kind and caring. Highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff make this a great place to frequent. We switched from using the CVS’ on Maybank and haven’t thought about going back to the chain pharmacies.
