Johns Island Urgent Care

Great visit with JIUC today! I was having issues with my knee, they got me in immediately and PA Hickey gave me advice and meds to help me get through. I travel all over in an RV and have had to hit several urgent cares in the past. This one is the best!! Thanks to the JIUC Team!

We’ve been to this location twice now, and both visits have been such a breeze. We’re usually in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly focused on making sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. They take the time to really listen to what’s going on and are so supportive. They also did an amazing job with our special-needs kiddo, which meant so much to us. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience I had at Johns Island Urgent Care! First, they were open on a Sunday. Second, from the time I spoke my first words to the gentleman at the desk until I met the doctor on my way out, I felt like I mattered. Allison, the PA, was a true delight…friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and every other positive adjective you can think of. Would I recommend this facility to all who read this? You betcha!

This is the best experience that I've ever had at an urgent care facility. The lady at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The facility is very clean. Both the Doctor and the PA were nice, helpful, empathetic, and took the time to listen and ask question to ensure their care was appropriate.

I took my one-year-old son to urgent care for an ear infection and had such a wonderful experience. The facility was extremely clean, there was barely any wait, and we were seen right away. Every single staff member was so friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made the whole visit so much less stressful as a parent. Truly the best urgent care I’ve ever been to, I couldn’t recommend it more!
