This is an amazing practice! I tried them by chance when they first opened up since it’s close to my house and I’m not disappointed one bit. Dr Black is beyond amazing. He’s kind and listens and if it wasn’t for him I would’ve never known I had cancer. I don’t have anything but great things to say about the office staff and Dr Black. I’ve met Dr Germain too and she is extremely kind and caring as well. Highly recommended this practice for any dermatology needs!!!

Love this team. Always professional and honest conversations about aesthetic treatments. Mel is the BEST for all lasers and facials. Dr. Black is a professional for injectables and wants his patients to be happy and realistic. Dr. Germain is obviously the sage and I love that I can see her also and ask a lot of questions.

My check-in process was smooth and efficient. While waiting, I asked one of the receptionists what Dr. Germain was like as a doctor. Another patient nearby overheard and kindly shared her own very positive experience. When I was called back, it quickly became clear that the other patient was absolutely right. Heather, one of the staff members, escorted me to the exam room and asked some initial questions. Then Dr. Germain came in and immediately put me at ease. As a retired military pilot, I was delighted when she shared that she had served 12 years as a Flight Surgeon in the military—we connected right away over our shared background. Dr. Black is very thorough and personable. Overall a great experience. Also the assistants are very nice and always have time to say hello even when they are not part of your treatment that day. Big shout-out to Cassie who always remembers you. Lovely lady

I saw Mel for a laser treatment and she was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and the whole experience was professional and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for better care — highly recommend Mel to anyone considering laser treatments!
