I’ve had my share of frustrating experiences at CVS pharmacies in the five towns, but this location is different. The pharmacy greets me by name, with a smile, and makes me feel genuinely welcome. They are always kind, helpful, and efficient even during the busiest times. Other CVS locations could learn a thing or two from this team. Truly outstanding service!

I had a positive experience transferring my prescriptions from AHF Pharmacy in Jamaica, New York, to the Hewlett branch of CVS Pharmacy. Initially, I was apprehensive about completing the online form for the transfer, as I had never done so before. However, the process was seamless and straightforward. The instructions provided on the online pages were followed precisely, and I was able to collect my medication promptly. I am pleased that the transfer was hassle-free and did not take an excessive amount of time. In addition to collecting my medications, I also registered for receiving three vaccinations simultaneously (Flu, COVID-19, and Whooping Cough) at the location. As a healthcare provider - whether I say I'm a healthcare provider or a patient - they dont let me connect to the pharmacy. The robot keeps saying "they dont recognize my number" and then the next series of prompts cut off. Stop this level of micromanagement you dont need to know my phone number - the phone tree is getting ridiculous

I find the staff at this location to consistently provide great customer service. The store is normally fully stocked and has a variety of items. The pharmacy staff is quick and quiet adept at dealing with difficult customers. This is my go to CVS
