Very conscientious employee. Polite helped me get in and out of the store quickly. She answered all my questions. I would never have my prescription filled anywhere else. I Love CVS at Target!

Their phone line is completely unreachable—no matter how many times I call, all I get is an automated voicemail. Even my insurance company told me they couldn’t get through. What kind of service is this? I had no choice but to go to the pharmacy in person, only to be forced to explain that I had already confirmed everything with my doctor and insurance company. The issue was entirely due to their own processing error! To make matters worse, when I asked them to follow the same procedure as my previous prescriptions, the staff was incredibly impatient, unfriendly, and completely unwilling to admit their mistake. Because of their incompetence, my medication was delayed, directly impacting my health. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable!

The price of my expensive medication was the best in the state, the people were kind, helpful, and informed. A great experience!!

I love CVS Pharmacy, they are always friendly and courteous and ask if I have questions. They also let me know if there is a issue taking new med with any of my other meds. Have never had a issue.

They are always very patient, friendly, and speedy! When I changed insurance, they took the time to make adjustments and make sure everything was all set up!
