COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Transferred my meds to be closer to my house. I've experienced absolutely nothing but hassle. Massively bungled refills, clearly not enough workers, phone system hangs up on me after 10 minutes waiting, refills authorized on bottle but I had to call my doc to have them confirmed, told multiple times my meds couldn't be refilled when they said refills allowed on the bottle, told my prescription had not been received but an hour later they mysteriously showed up, told I need to stop calling to a med because they already received a request for that at 4am(???), person answering the phone couldn't pronounce common med names so I had to spell them out for her, drive-up window moves insanely slowly - waited 30 minutes to get to the window and told to circle around again bc my meds weren't ready

Do not under any circumstance get prescriptions sent to this pharmacy unless you enjoy waiting half an hour to be given the wrong prescription to then wait another half hour to then be told your to have your doctor resend the prescription. This has happened here to me 5 times in a row and I can’t emphasize enough how horrifically run this place is to the point of possibly endangering people with incompetence

Worst pharmacist ever every time we go here as always I deliver always missing it so badly organised and managed. Frankly, I’m amazed we are still in business.
