April was very friendly and provided great service. I recieved a text when my prescription was ready as she said I would. There was another women in the phone the week before who I didn’t catch her name- she was also very thorough and friendly.
I had a horrible experience. I ordered Zyrtec-D for me and my wife while my wife was me there, they refused to give her one because she’s doesn’t have a Costco card even I have a Costco card. I always buy it with her at Costco pharmacy using the same Costco card for last 8 years. It’s very disappointed.
Rachel is always very helpful, and seems to care about us. Thank you!
