Costco Pharmacy

The female pharmacist is not willing to help customer and very impatient. The guy at cashier is much nicer and willing to help.

I was standing in front of the pharmacy just to check the options of Claritin D that they have. One pharmacist was nice (I thought he was nice) that he kept asking me if I have any questions even he had a customer with him at that time. I said “No thanks” because I only needed to see the option that I want. He asked me again “Are you sure you don’t have any question?”. I felt oh he is so nice and trying to help me. So I started to ask him something, he yelled back to me in front of the everyone there “YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE LINE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS”. Im about to say “but you were askin..” haven’t finished my sentence, he yelled back at me again “BE IN THE LINE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS”. ??? Then why kept asking me when I was just looking at the medicine on my own, didn’t need his help,

Costco Pharmacy refused to fill my prescription because my ID showed that I live in a city 50 miles away. I called Costco headquarters and they told me this policy only applied to out of state IDs for controlled substances.

Slow slow slow, there are many clerks inside, but you have wait a long time to get a boot shot done. They removed waiting bench, so you have to stand waiting and waiting…

Always quick and friendly. Their stock or supply is more dependable than some Other chains.
