Costco Pharmacy

The past few times I have picked up prescriptions, the pharmacy techs bordered on rudeness, but today the tech was really obnoxious. And, the prescription was not even the correct item; it was a different drug entirely! I will be changing pharmacies in the new year.

Costco Pharmacy in Bridgewater consistently provides excellent service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist with any questions. The pharmacy is well-organized, making it easy to pick up prescriptions without long waits. They offer competitive prices on medications, and I appreciate the convenience of having everything in one place at Costco. Overall, it's a reliable and efficient pharmacy with a great customer service experience. Highly recommend!

I love Costco but this pharmacy is completely disrespectful with me! Every time I have to pick up medication is like if they were living the worst day of their life ! They make faces to you ! They don’t call your doctor to refill prescription, they tell you to call your doctor the that’s not their job! If I say good morning they won’t answer ! And specially this guy at the register ! If you ask for more information how to use a medication they will answer: you need to read, they don’t care if you have any concern of how to use it ! Nothing ! I have asked my doctor to send my prescriptions to the one in Plainfield

Inconsistent at best. Costco there’s so many things right it’s a shame have to put down the pharmacy. I decided to try the pharmacy when I got a prescription for my pet. They advertise they can do that so let’s see how it works. The first time I filled it, the pharmacist told me to go on GoodRx and find a coupon to save money. Amazing I thought. They really do try to help you keep costs low. The only challenge was it took two days to get the prescription filled. This was for common eye drop used by humans, same strength for glaucoma. When a new doctor refilled the prescription the pharmacist couldn’t be bothered and charged me full price. She said the coupon didn’t apply. It’s funny how the same prescription in the same system for the same person/animal and have two wildly different pric

I love Costco so much that it pains me to write this... I will never use the pharmacy in Bridgewater again. I don’t always drop of my prescriptions here since I live 20 minutes away. Every time I try to use the pharmacy it takes twice as long as they say. I would say this is the third time in a row that I have had an issue. Today the 40 minute estimate turned into 80 minutes. Shopping with a toddler is not a time when you can just burn another 40 minutes waiting around. Just tell us an hour and a half so we can make our own decision beforehand...
