ConvenientMD Urgent Care

This is my second time using convenientMD at this location. I liked being able to choose a check-in time. I got right in, had to wait less than five minutes. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Both providers (MA and NP?) I interacted with were kind, intelligent, and helpful. I’m not in healthcare settings often so I had some questions and they explained clearly. Thank you for your care!

The whole experience was amazing and took 45 mins from walking into the building to walking out. When I walked in on a Sunday morning, there were quite a but of people in the waiting room. I was worried I was going to wait awhile. I signed in before I got there and when I checked in, I was immediately asked if I wanted ice for my hurt ankle. I must have waited 5 mins before being taking into the patient room. And after a short wheelchair ride and a few xrays, I was out of there. Such great and clear communication with the providers and all staff. Amazing experience.

I am so thankful I was referred to ConvenientMD. The facility was impressive, but most importantly, the staff was amazing. My PC was away, but thanks to the extremely thorough testing and bloodwork ordered by the NP, a potential dangerous health situation was discovered and attacked with an aggressive plan of meds and follow-up. They went above and beyond. Sadly, I dont think my PC would have been this thourough. Thank You ConvenientMD of Leominster, MA.

By far the best urgent care I have been to. Liz was extremely helpful helping me setup the initial appointment and answering my questions before arriving. Megan was very nice when I arrived and checked me in quickly. Rachel & Emily were also great in assisting me with the care I needed and I was in and out in a very reasonable time. Kudos to Emily for performing the procedure and keeping me comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - because most urgent cares are a nightmare. ConvenientMD was not. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this facility and I am delighted to share it here on Google review. It was my first time visiting this place. The wait time was short and efficient, the provider was great and listened to me attentively. The facility is spacious, clean and well equipped. I really had a great experience and I am grateful for having such a great service in my neighborhood.
