Liz is a pro! I've had a lot of massages in my life. She does exceptional work, I left feeling like my shoulders were lighter than they've ever been. She knew without asking how much pressure to apply and what side needed more work than the other. Would recommend to friends and family!

My back is generally a wreck, so massages tend to be therapeutic rather than just relaxing. Liz walks that fine line between, as she put it, "hurts so good" and "this just hurts." She's so communicative and responsive - she checked in regularly and I was able to relax into a massage that broke up a lot of knots (as opposed to tensing up and making everything worse, which I tend to do when a therapist digs in regardless of my responses). I walked out feeling loose and enjoying a pain-free range of motion I hadn't had in ages.

Brenda is the Best; she has been treating me du to pain on my back, I can feel the benefit of it. The environment where she provides services is perfect and allowed me to relax. She has explained me the process and how the massage is helping my body to heal. Recommend her 100%
