Great experience! Was very nervous anticipating getting my wisdom teeth out for a few years. Smooth and quick procedure w very minimal pain. Dr. Weyman was very easy going & calm along with his assistant Ashley. So glad it’s over but thankful I have no bad memories from it! Front desk was very accommodating & knowledgeable to a late request for some other treatment I needed the day of. Would 100% recommend this group if your looking for oral surgeons!

I am posting this on behalf of my daughter who attempted to receive care here. I would not bring my dog to this office or come here if it was free after the abusive and rude treatment she endured. The front staff at both Torrington and especially Simsbury need an attitude adjustment. We both have contacted these offices to attain information. My daughter wanted to schedule a consultation to have her infected and impacted wisdom teeth removed. Our family dentist referred us to here. She wanted a Friday appt.. due to work but was told she could not have one due to dentists not having their credentials to take her insurance. This is after being told they are in her insurance network. Then they said could not do Friday appts. but never offered another dentist for a different day. She was told

I’m very disgusted with this office. I called a day earlier to ask and confirm they would be able to remove the tooth that day. They told me that they would be able to over the phone and that I wouldn’t be able to drive. But when I arrived for my appointment that I waited 3 months for they told me they were only going to only look at it today and I had to set up another appointment 3 months down the road to have it removed. Then after that they dropped me with a $135 bill for being in the office less than 5 minutes for him to tell me what I got told the procedure was going to be over the phone the day before. Don’t go here they are a bunch of scam artists who have no care for their clients.

Front end receptionist rude and uncaring. I was using Carecredit. She got notice to call them. She refused. I called Carecredit & they approved transaction but she refused to speak to them. I spoke with office manager that took all insurance info and was assured this would be taken care of. All this up to 45 minutes after tooth extraction. Now they are billing me. Doc & assistant great. Office staff still need to submit claim as they obviously have not. Very angry this not taken care of months later.

This is a professional oral dental service that my husband had been referred to needing tooth extractions. They book us very quickly.all instructions given to us prior to appt. All insurance info and patient medical history in advance of the appt.They had Covid-19 protocols in place waiting in your vehicle until call when they were ready to seat you for your procedure. They call your pick up ride when you were done. I loved that they called that evening to check up on patients and answering any questions or concerns and also the next day.they gave us written instructions on aftercare. All went well and I will recommend anybody who needs this service..very satisfied customers!
