Complete Dermatology

I always show up on time for appointments at Complete Dermatology and have been to the Kapolei, Mililani, and Aiea offices. It's very common to have to wait 20, 30 minutes or more once arriving. One time I was kept waiting an hour. I get it, sometimes they get behind. Today I arrived TEN minutes late for an appointment and the front desk attendant pointed to their SEVEN MINUTE policy and told me because I was more than seven minutes late I was being refused service, and would either need to reschedule and come back another time, or wait *indefinitely* until another patient that day cancelled. When I asked how long that might be, she just shrugged and said 'I don't know'. So that’s cool.

It was our first time here and this appointment was for my daughter who is suffering from sever eczema. I felt rushed, just as how some other comments have said. They said their appointments run 15 min each so they run fast. As a patient, I feel this is not customer oriented. Also, my 4 year old daughter kept trying to talk to the doctor however they didn't pay any attention to her request. At the moment I have been trying to get a hold of the doctor for a few days because one of the prescriptions isn't available and would like to know if there is a substitute but have not been successful at getting any updates. At present I would not recommend this group but I have hopes they can change my mind and prove me wrong.

I saw Dr. Eikenberg today at the Aiea office. I thought my mom and I both had an appointment at 2:15 but my mom’s was at 2 o’clock and mine was at 2:15. I walked into the office at 2:13 PM and the front desk said that my mom’s appointment time has passed I asked how long the grace period is. I thought it was 15 minutes and they said five minutes. They offered to see my 90-year-old mother an hour later when seeing her with me would only take two additional minutes. I felt rushed, and I felt like I was in a meat market. my appointment time didn’t even take five minutes. I didn’t feel that he cared whatsoever. I felt that he was irritated with me and didn’t even say hello or look at my mother who was in the room with me, which I felt was extremely disrespectful. I’ll see how he is in three m

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I was hesitant after reading all of them but I had a great experience. They answered the phone every time i called, the front desk staff was very polite, attentive and check in was a breeze. The person who took me into the room was very thorough and detailed asking about my situation and noting everything down. The doctor( Dr. E ) was very kind and attentive and paid attention to my issues and offered several solutions and even suggested more testing to get to the route of my concerns. my prescriptions were even sent and received at the Pharmacy before I even left the building and I was able to pick them up the same day. It took us forever to get a hold of the team here, the Doc was great, diagnosed and resolved issue, but the staff is unprofessional at best. Today after waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time I heard the front desk informing someone their appointment would be counted as missed if they were 5 minutes late. 25 minutes later and I'm leaving without seeing Doc for final review. 2/10, do not recommend.
