OMG, I was rolled by a big wave on the North Shore, and lost my prescription transition eyeglasses. I thought my vacation was ruined, and it had just started. Then I stopped in at the best Lenscrafters location. Team lead, Ross, was so understanding, helpful, courteous, and polite. Truly everyone at the store was, and very professional. They truly cared about the customer. I was starting to feel very relieved. The young lady who started the eye exam was great, and Dr. Colin was so personable, continued with such a thorough eye exam. He even looked up the difference in prescription units from Canada and the US. I was very impressed with his willingness to get things perfect. I can tell you, these are the best prescription Eyewear I've ever had, and thats over 4 decades worth. The young lady

My name’s Gyson, I’m from Ewa, I went to LensCrafters today at Pearlridge and it was a great experience. I scheduled an appointment 1 hour in advance, I showed up late, but they still helped me. They answered all my questions about how much things would cost and my insurance, and I did a few exams and it took around 1 hour in total. The technician Christopher helped me get my glasses today. He answered my questions, suggested frames, and was very hospitable. I did my eye exam and picked out a frame and they got my new glasses ready within an hour after I was done! Great time-saver and great service. Thank you!

Been going to LensCrafters in Pearlridge for years now and wanted to make sure Christopher gets the credit he deserves. From the moment I walk in, Chris was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, made excellent suggestions, and even helped adjust my glasses so they fit perfectly! His positive attitude and skillful service made my visit a breeze. Ross was very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right frame. Costumer service here (pearl city location) is always great. They always take their time to make guests feel heard and assured their needs will be taken care of promptly in best way possible. I’ve worked in sales and this is exactly how to do it. Price sometimes can be a pain tho but that’s it

Chris the MAN!!! By far the best customer experience I’ve ever had , not only was he professional, kind and filled with information. I had no problems in the decision Of which lenses I should go with. Chris heard and understand all my wants along with my dislikes.
