Pin Thai Massage Aiea - Town Square

** DO NOT RECOMMEND ** I was hoping to have a relaxing massage after a flight, however this place disappointed me greatly. I scheduled ahead of time over the phone and was very precise about what I wanted; even when we arrived at the location, I stated again, but the masseur didn't listen and just gave me a very light and soft massage; she also spent half of the time massaging my legs while texting on her phone. At the end, she appeared unhappy about the tip and very judgmental.

My first massage and it was an amazing experience. Staff were very professional and overall fantastic. The place was very clean. You take your shoes off when you get there. I would 100% go here again.

Wow wow I’ve met Rachel and she is really sweet she fix’s my problems with deep tissue massage and the stretching Thai yoga is everything I felt like a new person walking outta massage parlor. But she mention she only here in Hawaii for few I’m going to continue to see her as much as I could I feel so much much better like my chronic pain is go away she is really skills I just cancelled my chiropractor session !!! she treated me so well and what I needed ., highly recommended see her before she leave

I’ve gone here a few times, but after my last experience, probably won’t be returning. They bring you in and rush you to your room like you’re just supposed to know what to do. Nothing special about the greeting, no offering of water or tea to make you feel like you’re there to be pampered and relaxed. The person that came to massage me (I wouldn’t call her a masseuse) came in smelling like cigarettes. She started by wrapping my hair with her stinky hands and I already knew it was going to be a terrible experience. The “massage” was horrible. What she did on one side of my body wasn’t equivalent to the other. She left twice to get warm towels. The second time, she was gone for a good five minutes at least. Then she had the nerve to argue for a bigger tip. I was tense and more upset leaving

I must have slept wrong the night before and need a massage for work out the knots. I walked in and met Rachel and she was able to workout the knots. She has a great deminor and very helpful. I would recommend Rachel if you want a deep tissue massage.
