Pin Thai Massage Aiea - Harbor Center

The massage therapist sole my 24k gold bracelet and refused to unlock the door when I refused to pay. They are also all Chinese and not Thai, just an FYI.

Massage was great, but the receptionist was not friendly. They seen kinda cold. Asked for more tip.

I would not be returning. The lady at counter insisted the minimum t.i.p to be 20% after the check out was completed. ended up giving her extra cash and so I could leave. The massage was not terrible, not worth 20% tips tho. And the attitude and service definitely not worth 20%.

I will not be returning to this business. The masseuse guilted me to tipping more which is completely unprofessional. The massage was decent - not bad but not the best. She had asked me at the beginning of the massage what areas I wanted to focus on, and then proceeded to provide a standard full body massage. I had provided a 13% tip, which admittedly is on the low side, and ended up tipping more. But a customer should never be obligated to pay more then what they feel the service deserves. I did not leave feeling great, and with the tip guilt, felt leaving even worse. I don’t think any customer should ever leave feeling this way. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I loved my massage it was very, very good. The place was clean and the sheets were clean there weren't any stains. My masseuse Jacky was very respectful and very good with targeting pain. I enjoyed the services very much. The only thing I thought was weird was they had to call my payment in over phone because I had used a card. Other then that I will keep returning to this place.
