Aviva Wellness and Acupuncture

My brother referred me to Aviva when I was having a hard time getting over a respiratory infection. I was skeptical, but nothing else was working. Acupuncture definitely helped clear up my sinuses and eased the discomfort when coughing. I didn’t keep up with regular visits (work and life busyness) and decided to come back after getting over a bad sciatica episode. Acupuncture and cupping by Dr. Melissa and medical massage therapy by Alyssa have helped immensely in my sciatic recovery. I’m able to “pop” my lower back when needed as well as have more shoulder and neck movement. I also had another respiratory infection and Dr. Melissa got the right spots to clear out a bunch of junk that was just sitting around in my chest and sinuses. I been coming to Aviva for a few sessions over the past 2 years. I Love their new location and services they provide such as massage and chiropractor. Free parking, beautiful and serene space . Today’s appointment I did acupuncture with Melissa and added on cupping. I had pain radiating from my neck and shoulders since I haven’t visited in over 6 months (busy life) .
