Complete Care at Green Knoll

As it was my first time using this facility I was very cautious due to previous rehabs in NJ. I will honestly say this was the best out of all the rehabs. My father stayed here for about three months and I tried to visit daily when possible. There is a lot of parking and an iPad style check in which can be confusing for seniors. Everything was very clean but I did have to bring my own dial hand soap for the room. The rooms hold two patients with adequate spacing. The exercise rehab staff were very patient and friendly. Dr Murr was very friendly and the nurses knew my Dad by name which is rare in a rehab. The head nurse was one of the most friendliest people I have ever met at a rehab and I have been to many for my grandparents. At night it is nice and quiet and you can open a window to get

From the beginning the Admissions department was great. Reem communicated with me and helped the process go smoothly with my mother. The social worker was very helpful when I called to ask questions and took care of the situation immediately. The nurse Jimmy was very helpful and kind as well. My mother is happy here. I know anyplace will have ups and downs but the people here seem to truly care about the patients and I want to say thank you!

RUN, don't walk away from this place. I spent 5 days there, wanting to leave within my first 6 hrs of being there. Wish I could give negative Stars. 1rst off the rooms are extremely dirty and outdated. Shared single toilet between 2 rooms housing potentially 4 patients. Nurses there need much better training.( especially the night ones) Doors are constantly left wide open/no privacy. Was given 1 cup water per day until days 4-5 when I started getting 2/per day. Food quality? Prisoners probably eat better. NEVER got something I'd even consider eating. Messes in bathroom? Usually taken care of - HOURS LATER. physical therapy was great- the only redeeming quality they have there. Expressed more than once of wanting to leave on Wed/Thur. The facility is clean and the staff are kind. Nurse Jimmy on the second floor was very helpful when I needed assistance logging my mother's clothing items in. He was patient and went above and beyond to help me. The aids are always professional and appear that they enjoy what they do. My mother is happy at this location and I feel comfortable with her being here.

Complete care has a nursing Supervisor named Sheena who is absolutely Amazing...she's knowledgeable about the patients..Caring and just on top of their care. I feel Sheena goes above and beyond..Also they have great CNN's like Ernest..Michelle just to name few..Lisa you are Fabulous as well...always taking the calls to help my mom when needed.. i soo appreciate you..Thank you to the Entire staff at Green Knowles..Helping my mom continue to get better..Thank you..L.
