Everyone was super friendly and had a smile on their face! They really made you feel welcomed! They were quick about everything and very understanding about nerves and anything uncomfortable, making sure to give me a minute if I needed to! They took great care of me and even helped me get my frames fully covered by insurance by finding ways to discount it where they could! I am happy to have chosen them for my eye care needs and I will be returning to them in the future and bringing my husband.

Thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated my visit. The staff and Dr Barney are friendly, professional, kind and most importantly personable. I’d recommend them to anyone. Not only did I get excellent care, they were upfront and honest about everything including fees. They were interested in my long term care and treated me how they themselves would expect to be treated. Columbia point eye care is top notch. 6 out of 5 stars.

Columbia Point Eye Care is top notch! I would give them more stars if I could. Customer service is the best! I want to give Chris in the optical department a big shout out! He made sure I had my glasses on time for my vacation and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Columbia Point Eye Care!!!

My first visit to Columbia Point Eye Care was wonderful. All the staff were attentive and professional. I especially liked Dr. Huener's she was very professional and clear about what she see's in my exam and what plan she has for me as a patient. I'm very glad I found this office.

When I came in to order glasses it was a fantastic experience! Quick easy and efficient! She was very good at helping me pick a pair of glasses to fit my style preference. Unfortunately when I came to pick them up, I had to wait to see someone before I could get them. They would not give me my glasses that were already paid for. I agreed that if I had an issues I would make an appointment with an optometrist and come back to get them adjusted. The fact that you can’t walk in and get you glasses is very inconvenient when trying to work around my schedule and their hours of operation. I would think there should be some kind of work around. The lady be behind me was picking up for her manager. There’s no need for her to meet with anyone, it should be a simple hand over transaction.
