My Name is Nelson Burgos, my wife and I relocated from Chicago in August we are both retired so wanted to make the move to a warmer climate, once we settled in Lake Wales,Fl we both had to establish health care, I found a primary care doctor in Lake Wales which was very convenient for me, less than 5 minutes from my home, Dr Borannon is an Excellent Doctor!! He’s very respectful and knocks before entering the room shakes my hand will ask how my weekend was, he’s very engaging, sits down and listens to your concerns, very Blessed to have him has my Doctor, I also needed to see a dermatologist for my acne and also I have a lot of birthmarks, which I was told by my doctor in Illinois to keep an eye on, so I made an appointment with the dermatologist that was right in the same building, Clear

I have an appointment at the Davenport office and it was a very bad experience. My appointment was with Elisa Endicott P.A.-C and she dismissed all my concerns, the whole time I felt rushed, she didn't even look closely at my skin concerns. Very distant to be working in a dermatology office. I'm definitely going to look for a second opinion. I don't recommend seeing this person at that office.

Had an appointment for 9:15 am was taken back earlier. Within moments Lydia had all my info. She was very professional and super nice. Just moments later the Dr came in and did a few procedures. He was also so professional and super nice. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. I have complete confidence in my future treatments. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Update*** have had multiple surgeries there in the last few months and still want to give them 10 stars. What an excellent place. So caring and professional.

The Davenport Office is excellent with superb patient care: 1) Elisa Endicott, PA, is very knowledgeable, sensitive, caring and dedicated to helping the patient as much as possible. She's a good problem solver. The Medical Assistants and staff are well organized, personable, and hard-working towards the patient's behalf. 2) The office is responsive and accessible. Great about answering the phones, returning calls, and following up when they promise to do so. Prescriptions and paperwork are efficiently and responsibly handled. Issues are quickly and effectively resolved. 3) Nice time management scheduling. Wait time is minimal. On average, I'm called inside within 10 minutes after arrival, and seen promptly. So glad I went with Clear Choice when I was seeking for a 2nd opinion with them. Dr Knisley and staff were super friendly. Got an appointment scheduled for the following week. I was out in 45 min. Much better than my 1st option where Watson Clinic scheduled me for general anesthesia for removal of melanoma. Will go back for removal of stitches in 2 weeks. Will highly recommend.
