What a comprehensive history and exam for my son from Dr. Schutt today! Phlebotomist was also happy and upbeat! We so appreciate the attention to detail. Access associate also welcomed us with a smile! So pleased from front to back. Keep up the great work!!! :)

We had drove 2 hours from Buffalo to see a pediatric rheumatologist. When we arrived, we had saw the physician assistant she did not understand why my daughter's pediatrician had wanted her to be seen. Asking why we were there and questioning my child's Dr who was just trying to figure out what was going on with my child's abnormal blood work and symptoms that showed autoimmune is totally unprofessional. The Dr had examined her and then sent us on our way no further testing to see what was possibly causing her symptoms. It was a waste of trip and time to just be sent away without having any idea to what is going on. I would not recommend this facility for rheumatology.
