Chestnut Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Excellent & Caring Facility I recently broke my femur (hip) and after surgery was discharged to Chestnut Park. I could not have found any place better for rehab. The staff is warm and caring and ready to help in any way they can. The Physical Therapy and the OT is excellent and got me up and going in a remarkably short period of time. The nursing staff is wonderful and very careful that you get all the medications correctly and on time. Special thanks to Amanda as well Tara in Social Services and Taylor in nursing are wonderful and helpful with any matters that might arise during your stay and ready to help in any way you might need The care meeting was well run and the plan for my rehab could not have been better. My sister in in Chestnut Park and has been having health problems where she has spent time in hospitals. When asked if she would like to try a different rehab center she is quick to say the people at Chestnut Park are friendly and take good care of her. She does not want to go any other place. When I talk to them they are always friendly and helpful.

Our Mom was discharged 6/13/24 from short term Rehab after sustaining a pelvic fracture. She progressed remarkedly quickly per her team. My mother, a short term rehab patient, was discharged from Chestnut Park this morning. We were completely impressed with the energy, drive, professionalism and caring nature of every staff member we were in contact with. In particular, Samara, Tara, Abby, Earl, and Lisa could not have been more helpful under the stressful conditions created by understaffing—an all too common problem these days. To say these folks go above and beyond every minute of their workdays would be an understatement!

I just want to thank the staff at Chestnut Park for making my mother’s last days and hours, the best. The care you gave her gives me Comfort knowing I did what was best. She was so comfortable and loves each of you. It’s a pleasure to be the leader of this team so kind and compassionate❤️❤️❤️❤️
