Chad Lehtonen, OD/Lakeview Eye Care

I was pretty uncomfortable with my entire experience here, from being ignored at the receptionist desk upon arrival to the rushed, and semi-dismissive appointment. I was pretty upset that the Dr. blatantly shared that he doesn't tell you that some eye drops will numb your eyes before he does it–all he did was ask if I was allergic to xyz and then immediately put the eye drops in my eyes–it was a really confusing experience.

Wonderful experience getting my eye care by Dr. Lehtonen. I was new in town and I found him through my insurance listing. I got an appointment within 1 week. He also has an optic shop in clinic and processed my lenses (I brought in my own pair of frames bought from Amazon) fast, and covered by insurance. Will be coming here again before I move out of Rochester.

Love Dr. Chad very professional and helpful , knows what he is doing. Thank you Dr. Chad. The only thing is when I schedule apt for my Son they cannot find the time of appt and time. This needs immediate attention, other than this , love the atmosphere.

Great staff! On-time, pleasant staff create a great office. Dr. Chad is awesome!
