Center For Urology

I have dealt with the Batavia, Brockport and Penfield offices. I have had a very professional and wonderful experience with all three of these places. They were all quick to return urgent phone calls, and took my concerns seriously. And some of my issues I just needed mental support. A huge shout out to Tara in Batavia, they certainly have an outstanding employee in that office. DR Sameer Farooq was my urologist and I would highly recommend him.

My fiance was told the doctor would no longer see him after THEY cancelled his appointments the day of 2x this week. The first time he was at the office waiting for his appt before being told the doctor was leaving for the day. They stated he cancelled too many times (he has only ever rescheduled one appt and they admitted to only having this on record and no cancellations) and then proceeded to refer him to an OBGYN… would not recommend anyone utilize this practice. Completely unprofessional. Will be reporting to DOH.

Never in my life have I dealt with such rude and apathetic doctors and staff. Have been dealing with a health issue for 5 years now and both doctors I’ve seen at this clinic did nothing to help. The first doctor I saw (thank goodness he retired) got annoyed with me because my problem is complicated and just threw me on 6 weeks of antibiotics (which was a nightmare for my body). He also made insinuating comments when asking what I do for a living, and looked embarrassed when I told him I was a cashier. The second doctor I saw makes me see red whenever I think about the experience I had with him. He came into the room with the cockiest most egotistical tone. He straight up told me that since the antibiotics didn’t work he was out of ideas. I don’t remember his name but he had an accent, he

I'm so glad Dr. Caumont was able to see me this week after being in the ER for a kidney stone. He was kind, patient, took the time to go through my CT results with me and answer all my questions. I found the staff to be friendly, down-to-earth, and caring as well.

The doctors here are great. They are easy to deal with The staff, on the other hand, are very difficult to deal with. One big problem with this office is the failure to respond within a reasonable time to medical issues. You can call and inform them of a problem, even a fairly immediate one, and it can go days before they will respond— and that’s after several calls to them. The office has responded to this review and have convinced me that the incident referred to was an anomaly And very unlikely to happen again.
