Catskill Urgent Care

Been to the Urgent Care a few times now. A couple times with my kids and a few times for myself. The Staff has been very helpful and friendly. The wait is never to long and all diagnosis have been accurate so far.

I've been visiting this place for years, and today was the worst experience I've ever had at a medical center. The receptionist was very kind, but Dr. Elizabeth D'Amato has a terrible attitude. I waited almost an hour in the waiting room for my 6-year-old autistic son to be seen, and it was unnecessary because they didn't have a single patient. All the doctors who have treated my son have been patient and empathetic with him, but this doctor was the complete opposite. I didn't want to argue out of respect, because I've always respected medical staff, and being pregnant isn't healthy for me, but the staff at this place needs more humanity and professionalism..,,,,,,They didn't have a single patient, and they left me and my son waiting for almost an hour. First time in. Thought I had strep. Been sick for over 2 weeks. Reception was painless, I got right in and was tested. Negative but still got antibiotics to help me along. I would definitely return. All And all a good experience.

After driving an hour to get there with a stomach bug I encountered an extremely arrogant NP who wouldn’t listen. I have been once before with back pain and the care was mediocre but ok not particularly great. This time I’d give them zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your money.

Can you imagine a doctor's office denying a three-year-old boy who is having breathing issues and had to be picked up early from daycare? I've been there many times. Because I didn't have the insurance card with me, they would NOT see him. I am truly speechless. The receptionist told me to go to the emergency room. We have insurance, I'm sure something could have been done to find whatever they needed off the card. Crazy world we live in
