Caring Hands Animal Hospital of Live Oak

Took my cat there on a thursday they took xrays and told me he was fine and have him inside for 3 weeks. That Saturday my cat was gone. No explanation or anything we paid $700 to be told he was fine and he still passed away.

It's ok. People are nice but their prices are outrageous. For a 2inch scar needing 3 stitches. 7,893$ and then when two stitches tore. Same price. I was able to get it patched with butterfly tape and a razor to shave my dog's fur away so the tape would stick. Please only use this place if you are rich since that's their main target is rich people 🥲

Dr. Leslie is very arrogant and is only interested in her financial gain, rather for the wellbeing of the animals she sees. We have been using the animal clinic for a few years and each time I leave feeling bad about my ability’s to be a good pet owner. The rest of the staff are EXCELLENT, kind and very good at listening. Dr. Leslie uses bullying techniques to intimidate people into doing things and then charges 5x more than any other clinic around. I will NEVER RETURN and I DISCOURAGE ANYONE AND EVERYONE from going to this place. There are too many other great doctors I northern Florida and I will not allow my animals to be subject to her torturous tactics EVER AGAIN!

Where do I start? I am new to the area and needed a new vet for my cats. I read the reviews which led me to Caring Hands. First, my fur babies were able to wander around the exam room. The vet was able to observe them as well as interact with each one. It appeared to make my fur babies more comfortable as well as myself. Other vets, take them from the carrier to the exam table, take vitals and back in the carrier. With very little interaction. I was given a treatment plan as well as costs that I could undertand. I can't say they are less or more expensive than any other vet, but I can say, the staff is exceptional and worth every penny. I received follow calls from the vet as well as a greeting card in the mail which welcomed and thanked us for choosing their practice. It's the

Great staff and facility. Took Sam my kitten there for his first Vet experience. They were awesome with him, Sam was playing while I left so he could have his neutering done. First time Sam had been away from me since the day I got him. When I picked him up he was a little out of it but happy. He looked great and wasn’t stressed out. Absolutely loved the experience and the staff. If you are in need of a GREAT vet then Caring Hands Animal Hospital in Live Oak Florida is it.
